SNN Collections Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by SNN Collections are brand new and 100% authentic unless otherwise stated.

Preorders

All preorder deposits are non-refundable. By placing a preorder, you agree to purchase the item when it becomes available. Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible in-stock items.

Items must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In original factory packaging
• In resalable condition

The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Manufacturer Defects

Manufacturer quality control issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will assist in obtaining replacement parts whenever possible but cannot guarantee replacement availability.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
